Dr. Robert M. Siudzinski 
founded Skillshops, Inc. in the early 1970s. He is Professor Emeritus at the University of North Florida, where he was the Charter Chairperson of the Special Education Department. Under his leadership, the program was selected by the American Association of College Teachers of Education as one of three Programs of Excellence in the United States, and was recognized as the Outstanding Teacher Preparation Program in 1980-81 by the Florida Association of Teacher Educators. He is a certified master practitioner of Nuero Linguistic Programming, and co-author of the book, Mega Teaching and Learning: An NLP Approach. He received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University. Dr. Siudzinski has taught in public school and university settings, served as Director of Psychological Services for a residential facility, and has published and presented nationally and internationally. 

Dr. Siudzinski's current focus is developing programs to assist individuals, schools, and business organizations in realizing their potential and in overcoming barriers to communication and program development. He is a certified teacher of the Enneagram, and has introduced the model to businesses, educational organizations and individuals nationally and internationally over the past 25 years.








Dr. Robert A. Siudzinski 
is a training specialist with more than 13 years' experience in higher education instruction, curricula and program evaluation, and leadership development; and 8 years' experience in qualitative and multimedia research. He has consulted on multi-million-dollar contracts with federal entities, including NASA, FEMA, and the EPA; and has overseen a diverse array of academic initiatives, including a residential leadership program; an academy for knowledge capture and management; and most recently, evaluation of geospatial technology training. Robert regularly presents his research at national conferences, such as the International Society for the Exploration of Teaching and Learning, the Association for Consumer Research, and the American Educational Research Association; and his work has been published in The Journal on Excellence in College Teaching. Since his introduction to the Enneagram in the early 1990s, Robert has incorporated its principles into his teaching and business trainings. He finds the combination of the Enneagram and E-Scale highly effective and transformative in his work with learning communities, institutional leaders, classroom teachers, and young adults.
